On February 1st, 2011 our day care center saw the light of day. Yesterday we celebrated our 12th birthday: with waffles and balloons! The “big cake fight” will be rescheduled to the end of February 2023. Then there will be the daycare hit: whole apples baked in pudding and shortcrust pastry! Ever tried? It’s really so delicious!
