Then the best thing to do is to send us an email stating to what extent you meet the requirements for a claim and the scope of care required for your child:

You will receive an answer to your request by email with all the important information. If necessary, we can speak in person or make a phone call.

Please complete this declaration (PDF) for parents before you use the emergency care for the first time and hand it in to us. Explanation here
