Dear parents and kids!

We would like to inform you that we’re diligently working on the preparations for a „way back to the Kita“ for all kids and parents of the Kita Luv & Lee.

On Monday the 18.05.2020 the pre-school kids are going to start again and on the 01.06.2020 all other kids will follow. The care provided for kids of our essential workers and single-parent households will continue as it currently stands.

Moving forward, we will be offering care for all children on an interchangeable model, this will incorporate pre-school kids coming in on one day and all other kids the day after. This will continue to alternate day after day.

The first step is to discuss a set plan for the implementation of the state governments staging model (a decree regarding this will be published within the next few days) with the parents’ council. We will inform all parents via phone as soon as we come to an agreement in this matter.

Even though we’re all looking forward to some kind of a normal daily life and we’re already preparing a „way back to the Kita“, we would kindly ask you to bear with us and be a little flexible in the meantime.

The planned measures going forward will be dependent on the infection rates of Kiel and Schleswig-Holstein. At the moment it’s looking positive.

Competent authorities and expert committees are in regular exchange in this regard.
